The new HP printer arrived today for my home office...scanner, fax, copier and wireless printing... WOO HOOO!!!... well, we will see, it seems to be okay, but there may have been some issues with Fed Ex and moisture in the truck... I will admit they said if it craps out they will pick it up and take it back to HP... we will see...but so far, I am a bit stoked...and it was only a buck twenty five on sale... and free shipping... already printed a pic and some other stuff...cross your fingers... the cool thing is I can print from my phone, laptop or any computer...(which, I don't know why I would want to print and not be there to make sure paper is full enough)

I went through a bunch of ink jet printers and they all disappointed me.
Particularly the WiFi functionality.
As to multi function - I still have an HP3100 that scans, prints and copies. No fax. And I have a Samsung CLP-315W color laser printer.
I haven't used a fax machine in years. It's all electronic now - just can a document to pdf and mail it.
I've got a Canon, pretty happy with it. Next printer will be a small laser.
